Ana Santos was born in 1982 in Portimão, Portugal, and has
completed her studies in real estate in 2003 followed by a degree in hotel management.
With over 20 years of experience, has dedicated her career to the tourism industry, specializing in the Algarve region.
Her extensive knowledge and expertise in both hospitality management and real estate have made her a recognized specialist in the local tourism sector.
During these years have been successfully creating and managing brands in all fields.
Her long-standing commitment to the industry has contributed to her reputation as a key figure in shaping and advancing tourism in the Algarve.

Hugo Machado was born in 1980 in Vila Franca de Xira, Portugal, and is member of Portuguese Architects Association - Ordem dos Arquitectos OA - and also member of College of Urban Planning Architects - Colégio dos Arquitectos Urbanistas CAU.
in 1999 attended the Architecture College at Lisbon Technical University - Faculdade de Arquitectura da Universidade Técnica de Lisboa - where he studied Architecture and Urban Planning until 2004, taking advantage of the enormous potential of this transversal course to all architecture areas and his career has been a reflection of this.
In 2002 studied in Italy at Facoltá di Architettura Civile del Politecnico di Milano in the Erasmus programme.
In 2003 attended, in the USA, the IAEE (International Architectural Educational Exchange) programme at the College of Architecture and Urban Studies at Virginia Polytechnic Institute.
In 2004 while still a student (6th year of the FA-UTL) began working in the city was born in and started working in the Urban Planning Department of the Câmara Municipal de Vila Franca de Xira.
In 2007/2008, in the Netherlands, worked at CityThoughts Architects Amsterdam with Rowin Petersma and Bastiaan Griebling.
Returning to Portugal in 2008 to work in exclusive to Vale do Lobo Luxury Resort in the famous Algarve Golden Triangle connecting various aspects of architecture i.e. design, licensing and execution projects for the construction of luxury villas as well as refurbishment and extension of older properties. Designing turn key projects for custom built villas - from the first meeting with clients to 3d perspectives, technical drawings, project management, construction and decoration until 2024.

Filipe Martelo was born in 1983 in Évora, Portugal, and is member of Portuguese Engineers Association - Ordem dos Engenheiros OE
In 2001 attended the Faculdade de Ciências e Tecnologias da Universidade Nova de Lisboa where studied Civil Engineering until 2006.
Between 2006 and 2007 worked at Joaquim Ângelo da Silva, S.A., Builder in Grândola as quantity surveyor and construction director.
The company founded in 1982 with a strong presence in the area carries out public and private construction works focused also in real estate and touristic projects in Grândola region and Comporta area.
In January 2008, he started working in Vale do Lobo, Resort Turístico de Luxo, S.A. as quantity surveyor and project manager.
With 17 years of experience in Vale do Lobo, he acquired a huge experience in the high-end field working directly with demanding clients from all corners of the world prioritizing quality and detail.
Specialized in surveyor work, project and construction management, construction supervision of luxury housing leading to extensive knowledge of customers, suppliers, suppliers and builders in the Golden Triangle area.
In 2024 started a new professional challenge in the construction and engineering field by working directly and in partnership with the different agents involved in the Algarve luxury market.
Shaun Smith was born in New Zealand and lived most of his life in London.
Recently retired, Shaun is a proven entrepreneur having sold his world renown Dental company which he built from scratch in the City of London employing over 70 people.
A communication specialist, a successful brand developer, a life enthusiast and a never ending energy source - Shaun is the real definition of Force of Nature.
Bought his 1st property in Vale do Lobo Luxury Resort and while buying his 2nd Property met the Architect Hugo Machado and Engineer Filipe Martelo.
Together we Designed, Licensed, Built and Project Managed his 2nd property in this luxury seaside golf resort.
A client who became a friend and later while founding MH25 became honorary business development advisor.
